Close to 400 runners are expected to participate in the Run For Everlasting Hope Children With Cancer set this coming March 12, 2023 at the Cebu City Sports Center. 

Spearheaded by Sugbu Hermanos Eagles Club with major sponsors the Fastway Visa and Immigration Services, Mr. Taho and Mr. Potato by Mhullier Group of Companies. 

The running event serves as a Charity and Anniversary Fund Raising Event of Sugbu Hermanos Eagles Club. 

According Club President Philip Seรฑora II that the proceeds will go to the beneficiary of Everlasting Hope Children with Cancer and their club socio civic activity for eagle year 2023. 

"The club has a soft spot for kids with illness, we understand how difficult it is to have a sick child and not have the financial capability for treatment," said Seรฑora. 

The race will feature 1-kilometer walk, 3K and 5K run. Cash prizes awaits the top 3 placers in the 5K run category. While all the finishers will receive specially-designed finisher’s medal. 

Registration fee is pegged at P500 for the 1K Walk, P550 for the 3K Run and 600 for 5K run inclusive of Event Race T-shirt,Race Bib finisher medal, certificate, refreshment and snack. 

Registration and releasing site for race kits will be at the Cebu City Sports Center between 4pm-7pm. Registration ends on Monday, March 6, 2023.

The Securities and Exchange Commission - Cebu Extension Office (SEC-CEBEO) held the 11th session of their Amnesty Hours seminar series on August 9, 2023.
