The "Stay Safe: Self Defense Moves for Women"
LOOK: Zonta Club of Cebu II spends early morning of November 27, 2022, teaching self-defense moves for women. The "Stay Safe: Self Defense Moves for Women" is among the activities for the club's 18 Days of Activism Against Gender-based Violence. According to a University of Washington Study, learning self-defense skills benefits women not just for protection against any form of violence. Having self-defense skills also boosts their self-esteem and has positive effects on their personality.
